Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuikFill’s browser extension, web dashboard, and website (together, the “Service”), provided by QuikFill (“QuikFill”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use QuikFill. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

QuikFill detects fields on web forms and helps you fill them, including optional AI-assisted suggestions, saved profiles, and form history. Features, plans, and limits may change as the Service evolves. The Service is provided for you to fill forms you are authorized to complete.

3. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to fill, submit, or collect information on forms you are not authorized to complete, or to impersonate another person;
  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or to violate the rights of others;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or authentication, or access the Service in an automated or bulk manner except through features we provide;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or create derivative works of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or the networks and providers behind it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI features

QuikFill’s AI suggestions assist you and are review-first: you must review every suggested value before submitting any form, and you are solely responsible for the information you submit. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given form. QuikFill is not responsible for forms submitted with incorrect information, and AI suggestions do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice.

6. Subscriptions, billing & usage

QuikFill offers free and paid plans with monthly fill limits. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and, unless the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change plans, limits, or pricing on a forward-looking basis, with notice to existing subscribers. Fill limits and usage counters reset each billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by QuikFill and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the data you provide; you grant us the limited license needed to process it to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information you save and submit through QuikFill, and for ensuring you have the right to use it. You must not store or submit data you are not permitted to use.

9. Third-party websites and services

QuikFill operates on web pages and forms provided by third parties and integrates third-party providers (such as Google, Stripe, Resend, and our hosting provider). We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party websites, their forms, or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikFill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for your statutory consumer rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuikFill harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of the place where you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country.
